I recently had the opportunity to visit the National Taiwan Museum’s permanent exhibition of puppets, and it was an incredible experience capturing the details of these intricate, handcrafted pieces. With its soft, ambient lighting, the dimly lit space gave the entire room a mysterious yet inviting feel—perfect for photographing these cultural treasures. Each puppet seemed to tell its story, with rich costumes, delicate facial expressions, and beautiful craftsmanship that brought their characters to life.
